Richard Lettvin has been acquiring, syndicating, building and developing real estate ventures in the Chicago area for the past 35 years.  His knowledge of real estate development, general contracting, construction and financial management is the culmination of many years of professional experience.

He has assembled numerous limited partnerships and joint ventures with banks and lending institutions valued at over $150 million, with an impressive record of accomplishment and success.  Richard also initiated the development of a successful software package, which later evolved into the Skyline Property Management system.

A graduate of the University of Iowa (Bachelors in Electrical Engineering), Richard has received numerous awards and honorable mentions for his contributions to the Chicagoland community, including Professional Builder magazine, the North Side Real Estate Board, River North Association and Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago.
