One of the last pieces of open land along Marine Drive provided the foundation for these five one-of-a-kind luxury residences with unobstructed views of North Lincoln Park and Lake Michigan. This award-winning project designed by the architectural firm Pappageorge/Haymes hearkened back to an era when elegant mansions lined the lakefront. Each four-story home provided 3,100 square feet of comfortable living space, including an attached two-car garage.

These residences were entered into either from the private entrance court off Marine Drive into a grand foyer, or via private garage. The first floor of each residence featured a grand staircase leading to a stately living room, formal dining area and a large kitchen with pantry and European-style breakfast area. The second floor featured two spacious bedrooms, one full-sized bathroom and a laundry room.  The third floor contained the huge full-floor master bedroom suite complete with walk-out garden terraces, two oversize walk-in closets, luxury bath with whirlpool tub and optional fireplace.
