 5900-5930 North Lincoln
Chicago, IL
The Lincoln Point Condominium development was a 30-unit five story building nestled in Chicago's charming Peterson Woods community. The development featured large one, two, and three bedroom units with one and two baths, indoor parking, in-floor heating, air conditioning, eat-in kitchens, balconies and solid concrete construction between floors. The neighborhood is known for its distinguished architectural homes and large lots originally developed for exclusive clientèle from the 1920's through the 1940's. It has maintained an excellent reputation for quality housing, excellent schools, shopping and transportation.
During the project's development, the City of Chicago had invested $20 million in tax increment financing funds to enhance this rich community with a new library, police station, an extensive upgrade of Legion Park, a new landmark fountain and river bike path. The community is further serviced by Swedish Covenant Hospital located five minutes away.
The neighborhood features a Walgreen's, Lincoln Village Shopping Center, Home Depot, Lowe's Home Improvement, Lincolnwood Town Center Shopping Mall, Dominick's and various chain restaurants.
