The Legends of Carol Stream is a 37-acre community of 308 units  divided between a 196 condominiums and 112 duplex homes. The condominiums are clustered around a man-made lake, hosting a clubhouse with a large meeting room, fireplace, fitness center, and indoor heated pool.  The duplexes were constructed on gently winding streets designed with soft New England tone exterior finishes   an  alternating elevations to provide the feel of an established neighborhood.  Four basic floor plans were mixed in order to provide an array of different looks for the community.  Each home in the community featured volume ceilings, soaring Palladian windows, two full baths and a powder room, laundry room, a two-car garage and private yards.  The kitchens featured a variety of plans from spacious 'dine-in' designs to 'country kitchen' designs opening to bay-windowed breakfast nooks and inviting family rooms with fireplaces.  Privacy-designed master bedroom suites have spacious walk-in closets and window bench seats.

The Carol Stream location is convenient for quick access to the Tri-State Tollway, Stratford Square Mall, and many large corporate headquarters in the area.
