The sixteen homes of Hearthstone Place were designed to be an integral part of Chicago's Hyde Park community.  This collection of unique homes is located at the corner of South Ellis Avenue and East 54th Place, just a short walk from the center of the University of Chicago.  The homes at Hearthstone Place are part of their own community, with a center park area, private parking entrances and the efficiencies and securities of a condominium development.

The six floor plans feature either two or three bedroom layouts with two full baths and a powder room, a basement, laundry room, patio and one or two-car garage.  Many units also had the added features of a library, second patio and roof deck.  Every home had its own private exterior entrance and yard.  Its interior spaces had been beautifully designed to incorporate skylights, open spaces, atriums and patios.  Also included in every home were wood burning fireplaces, alcoves and niches providing cozy, snug personal spaces.
