• Projects are located in Edgewater, Lincoln Square and Peterson Woods.
• 55 condominium units planned for sale over the next two years.
• Organized individual with background experience in real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of our target market and interest in our product.
• Good computer skills required (familiarity with Microsoft Windows & Office).
• Salaried position includes bonus.

Assistant Project Manager

• Coordinate tradesmen and laborers.
• Interact with subcontractors and oversee safety and security.
• Open and close construction site.
• Evaluate punch list items upon customer delivery.
• Report in daily to senior project manager with summary of activities.
• Good communication skills a must.
• Knowledge of construction industry a plus.
