New Projects - On the boards
Lettvin Development Company is seeking to acquire distressed land investment opportunities to construct new apartment rental projects in an around the Chicagoland area. Financing for new projects will be applied through HUD using the 221(d)(4) financing conduit. These will be longer term investment grade developments.
The company is also seeking incomplete or abandoned residential projects from all sources that are either in the process of foreclosure or REO operations for the purpose of acquiring and re-positioning them into asset performing entities for future sale as rental properties once stabilized.
